Healthy Snacks For The Girl On The Go

A GOTG (girl on the go) is often running from point a, to point b. She usually holds a pretty jam-packed schedule, and if she doesn't bring her lunch with her, most likely goes without eating. If this sounds like you, keep reading.
 
Recently I discovered nakd cereal bars by Natural Balance Foods, and they have been my life saver on busy days! It's always been so important to me to keep a balanced diet of WHOLE foods, which is something that is typically pretty lacking in a anything that comes in bar form. Nakd cereal bars are different, in that they are made 100% with REAL foods. Think dates, raisins and real cocoa. Every bar packs between 100-150 calories (perfect for snack!) and is free from gluten, dairy and added sugars. I got to sample the mixed pack, and so far I am loving the berry delight and cocoa crunch!
