Eat Pray Wear Love: Sears Style - The Hot List

Sears Style - The Hot List

If you follow me on instagram you are fully aware (due to photo overload) that I celebrated my 1 year wedding anniversary with my Mr. in Denver over the weekend. Downtown Denver is only about an hour's drive from where we live in Colorado Springs, so although quick trips for dinner/shopping are common, it still felt new to get away for the weekend and explore the big city.

A big weekend calls for a big wardrobe, which is why I was so thrilled at the chance to stock up on some new Summertime goodies from Sears.

We stayed at the Westin in Denver which has an amazing rooftop pool - something this born and raised Cali girl has been missing these past few years in Colorado. A quick trip to Sears prepped me for a day at the pool, where I picked up these bold striped and dotted beach towels and bag.  In keeping with the "primary colors" theme, I thought the dotted red sunnies made a fun final touch for poolside lounging.

The weekend continued with meandering around the city, shopping and lots of yummy food #obvi
It was a seriously HOT weekend, so an easy breezy top and cut-off shorts proved to be the best warm weather options, while cute combat ankle boots kept my feet protected while trekking around the big city.

Of course, no anniversary weekend would be complete without a date night! For date night I wanted to turn to a tight fitting, sexy and sleek look, and this Kardashian Kollection dress had covered. I'm so obsessed with these shoes and the bag is such great quality, I know they'll both become frequent daily wear. I was also really impressed with Sears' Jewelry selection. All of their pieces were on trend, and on budget. #winning

Overall, my experience shopping at Sears was top notch. They had everything I needed, and more, to stay stylish and on budget during my weekend anniversary getaway. (Pssst...I'm even planning a trip back today to pick up a few items that have been on my mind ever since my last trip!)

I now know that Sears has all I need to achieve my perfect Summer style.
