Eat Pray Wear Love: I'm Giving Up...

I'm Giving Up...

....shopping!

I know, I know. Crazy, right?

Today is Ash Wednesday, and although I'm not Catholic, every year I decide to give up something for lent as a way of cleansing myself from anything that has been consuming me. There's no real profundity around it, other than that I do try to replace whatever I give up with adding more quiet time/scripture reading to the time that I would have spent doing the other thing. Last year it was Facebook, this year it's...well, you already know.

That being said, I had to make sure I selected my Easter Day Outfit beforehand. #duh
I have had my eye on those Sole Society Tisha Booties for a while now, so it was essential to add them to my closet before starting this cleanse. This floral dress by Choie's just recently caught my eye, and though it's completely different than anything I typically wear, I think it's going to be a great addition to my closet. Speaking of Choie's, have you ever visited their site? Talk about some fabulous finds at affordable prices! Make sure to check out their Spring styles to refresh your closet at a very good price! You can even get 15% off with this code Mar15aff. Do you observe Lent? What are you giving up?
